Small Community and Private Events

Bartram’s Garden provides free space for small indoor or outdoor gatherings of up to 50 people, with priority reservations for neighbors and partners from Southwest Philadelphia. Click here to learn more and submit a space reservation request.

Owing to limited capacity, not all requests are granted. Consideration can take up to 4 weeks.

Picnics and Private Outdoor Gatherings

Groups of 50 or less are always welcome to find space outdoors on a first-come, first-served basis for private, unamplified gatherings. Click here to view picnic areas on the map, or bring your own blanket and find a favorite spot!

For our shared safety and the preservation of the land, all visitors are asked to follow our site rules.
