Know Your Self, Heal Thy Self: The Journey (SWWAG Workshop – SOLD OUT)

dried herbs and flowers

October 2, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Sankofa Community Farm at Bartram’s Garden
5400 Lindbergh Blvd
Philadelphia, PA 19143

Our bodies have a unique way of communicating with us. It starts with one pain, which comes from a deeper underlying issue that has to be identified, warning us before our health challenge develops, telling us when something is wrong internally. Western medicine covers up the illness. Herbs heal. Through this powerful, eye-opening workshop you will learn the secret knowledge of healing remedies using flowers, roots, leaves, powders, barks, and essential oils to heal yourself — then you can be yourself.

Led by Nefertari Muhammad
