Staff Questions about Potential Chromium Exposures

Late on July 19, we received this fact sheet from the PA Department of Health. Since then, we have talked to a group of toxicologists from PA DOH to share initial questions from staff and volunteers. They have pledged to respond promptly if we have questions needing more specific guidance on the matter.

Please answer the following questions by 3pm on July 22 so that we can forward all our concerns to the toxicologists. All form submissions will be anonymous.

Staff Chromium Exposure Questions

Please respond to the questions below by 3 PM on Monday, July 22, so that we can get more guidance from toxicologists about concerns about potential staff exposure to chromium.
