Bartram’s Garden and the Philadelphia Department of Parks and Recreation are partnering with the Southwest Philadelphia Concrete Cowboys to establish a new stable along the North Bartram section of the Schuylkill River Trail. As part of the zoning review process, we need to submit evidence of community support for the project.
