Consider how time was used during the activity, whether you were directed to appropriate resources with questions, if sufficient resources were available for you to participate fully, and any advance communications you received.

Consider pathway conditions, signage, directions shared by staff or online, and crowding.

Think about the response time, ease of learning about the resources to support your event, and other pre-event communications.

Think about how staff supported your vision for the event and how staff interacted with you and your guests.

Think about how much the outdoor landscape influenced or affected your event in a way that would not have been possible at a more traditional venue.

Think about cleanliness, comfort, and if the set-up matched what you expected.
