CANCELLED Wreath Making Volunteer Day

Wreaths

November 30, 2020 @ 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

Bartram’s Garden
5400 Lindbergh Blvd.
Philadelphia, 19143 United States

CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER-RELATED CONCERNS. CONTACT JUNE AT FOR QUESTIONS.

Health reminders: Masks must be worn in accordance with Pennsylvania and City of Philadelphia COVID-19 requirements. If you are sick or concerned about symptoms, please do not volunteer. Public restrooms will be open for the duration of the volunteer day and will be disinfected regularly. Hand sanitizer will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to sign up with their pods if possible.

Volunteers will assist Bartram’s Garden staff members in decorating holiday wreaths for the upcoming Handmade Holiday’s event! Funds raised from wreath sales support the Garden and free programming for 9,000 local youth and their families each year.

Weather permitting, this volunteer event will be outdoors in the courtyard and stable yard at Bartram’s Garden (located outside of the Welcome Center). In the event of rain (or snow!) volunteers will be moved inside and kept socially distanced.

Dress warm and cozy! The day will feature snacks and beverages for volunteers, plus lively music and firepits to keep toasty!
