Tuesday Free Yoga & Meditation (2019)

September 3, 2019 @ 4:00 am - 6:00 am

Eastwick Pavilion
5400 Lindbergh Blvd
Philadelphia, PA 19143 United States

Join us for free indoor/outdoor yoga and meditation classes in the garden this summer, open to the public free of charge on Tuesday mornings thanks to a partnership with the Southwest Philadelphia’s Family Practice and Counseling Network Health Annex. Classes are conducted rain or shine on the porch of Bartram’s Garden’s Eastwick Pavilion. If you’re joining us for the first time, just follow the signs!

Please wear comfortable clothes and show up early enough to allow yourself time to walk through the garden to Eastwick Hill. Feel free to bring your own mat, but we’ll have a few on hand for you to use if you don’t have your own. All levels of experience are welcome, including first-timers.

Yoga class will begin promptly at 9:00 and run through 10:00.

Walking meditation will begin promptly at 10:00 and run through 10:45.

Preregistration is encouraged but not required!

This event will take place in a space that is accessible via wheelchair, but the restrooms that will be open during this program are not ADA accessible. We are, however, happy to make accommodations for guests with mobility limitations if you reach out to us a week or more in advance. If you have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to be in touch!
