SWWAG Workshop: Supreme Compost 101

This workshop will demonstrate to participants the beginning stages of how to make compost, reveal the present condition of the city’s depleted soil, and how to turn recycled food waste into a dark, rich soil that will grow nutritious fruits and vegetables.
