Make+Take: Healing Plants + Dyes (2021)
This workshop will look at the intersection of medicine and natural dyes. Many of the botanicals used in natural dying have the additional function of healing as well. Working with elderberry, marigold, and comfrey we’ll look at the healing properties and herbal preparations of these dye plants. We’ll also learn to make dyes and inks.
No experience necessary and all materials are included.
