CANCELED 2024 Southwest Fish-Off

Unfortunately, owing to an unforeseen staffing disruption,  the Southwest Fish Off will also be canceled until 2025. 

A free, all-ages fishing derby at our dock and riverfront! Fishing time is from 8am–12pm followed by prize distribution.

Park in the Visitor Parking Loop accessible by the 5400 Lindbergh Blvd entrance. If needed, golf cart rides will be available from the Parking Loop from 7:30 – 8:30am.

Rules:

• Catch and release only.
• One rod per person.
• You may use your own rod, bait & tackle, or borrow our equipment; first-come, first-served. Free worms are available for bait.
• Waiver and registration must be completed upon arrival.
• All ages and abilities are welcome. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Other activities include River Tales story submissions (audio recordings).
