Safety Awareness and Self Defense Class

November 17 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Bartram’s Garden Barn

Instructor Eric Ford, who has over 25 years of experience in survival & urban defense, will teach you to enhance situational awareness skills and provide some foundational techniques for conflict de-escalation & basic self-defense.

There will be discussion and hands-on elements to this workshop, so please dress in comfortable, non-restrictive and weather-appropriate clothing. This will take place indoors with some of the exercises/demonstrations taking place outside.

This class is for those of any skill level or ability who are also 18 years or older. Light refreshments will be provided and a certificate of completion will be awarded to those who participate in the full training. Please bring a water bottle, notebook, pen/pencil, and towel. We will have extra masks, notebooks, and writing utensils for those who need them.
