Sacred Arts of Tibet

January 8, 2015 - January 10, 2015

Join the monks of Gaden Shartse Phukhang Monastery of South India for an inspiring weekend of events that explore Buddhist practices and paths to inner peace and compassion.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 9

10 am to 6 pm — Observe the creation of a beautiful and intricate sand mandala in the Bartram Barn.

7 pm — Lecture: The Three Stages of Life.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 10

10 am to 6 pm — Observe the creation of a beautiful and intricate sand mandala in the Bartram Barn.

6 pm — Sacred chanting and the breaking of the mandala. Guests will be invited to take home some sacred sand (BYOB container).

7 pm — Lecture: World Peace and the Unity of All Religions.

All events are open to the public and pay-what-you-wish. Suggested donation is $15.
