Rice: Guided Conversation & Cooking Demo on Zoom (2021)

Come join Sankofa Community Farm youth and Chef Laquanda Dobson with a seat at our table. This free webinar will highlight rice history, particularly in the Low Country of Carolina, and its connections to West Africa. The evening will include presentations of cooking and culture by Sankofa Community Farm youth as well as a food plating demo by Chef Dobson. Bring an example of your own favorite rice dish to share!
