Friday Movie Night Volunteers

June 24 @ 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

56th St. Plaza
3000 S 56th St
Philadelphia, PA 19143

You heard it here first: Bartram’s Garden’s outdoor movie nights are back and we need your support to help host a great evening for our community.

We’re looking for 4 volunteers to assist with pre-movie night activities and stay through the majority of the screening. Volunteer assistance will include:

  • Setting up crafts
  • Assembling refreshments
  • Assisting guests with the popcorn machine

If you’re interested, please click the link below to register to volunteer.

Health reminders: We are in accordance with Pennsylvania and the City of Philadelphia’s current COVID-19 response levels. Please follow the link to stay up-to-date on our city’s protocols. If you are sick or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please do not volunteer.

Registered volunteers will meet Shanna Mitchell, the host of this event, promptly at 6PM at our 56th Plaza.

Each adult must register individually in order to complete the required waivers.

Parents/guardians must complete registration for individuals 18 and under.

Please email Sarah immediately if you plan on cancelling your attendance, so that we may make room for those on our waitlist.

Thank you!
