In this workshop, participants make flower essences– energetic plant medicines that are especially well suited for emotional issues. The process is simple, empowering, and ecologically sustainable. We’ll talk about the history of flower essences, and when and how to use them. With this basic knowledge, participants will know how to make flower and environmental essences and can continue to do so on their own. Everyone will go home with a flower essence they make.
