Make + Take: Kitchen Medicine for Colds and Flus (2018)

February 18, 2018 @ 7:00 am - 9:00 am

The kitchen offers many immune-boosting ingredients. In this workshop, participants will learn about some of the medicinal properties of ginger, garlic, onion, thyme, rosemary, and more. Together we will make fire cider, historically used to help maintain good health throughout the cold winter months. Everyone will go home with their own jar of fire cider! If you have an empty 4oz to 8oz glass jar with a lid at home that, please bring it in to be reused. If not, we’ll have a jar on hand for you. All materials provided.

$20 per person or $15 for Bartram’s Garden members. Click here to join online!

Pre-registration is required for this event.
