August 17, 2023 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Join barefoot bella of journeying barefoot for a six-week sound healing, nature meditation, and reflection series.
We will gather weekly on Thursdays from 4-5:30 pm. Please bring a towel, blanket, or mat to sit on as well as a journal/notebook for reflections. We’ll have extra yoga mats and journals to share too.
These events will take place either out in the Garden or indoors, depending on the weather. We’ll meet at the Welcome Center before heading to the day’s location. All events will be rain or shine.
“at journeying barefoot we commune together with Black, Native, and Indigenous women and children to expand awareness at the intersection of self, spirituality, and education through the practice of alternative healing modalities, connection to nature, exploration of self, and adventure through travel.”
