Interactive River Rooms Exploration (2018)

September 15, 2018 @ 6:00 am - 10:00 am

Travel between River Rooms to enjoy a variety of family-friendly experiences inspired by each of their themes: the Moon, tides, fish, diatoms, wind/water patterns, and the Schuylkill & Delaware Rivers. Enjoy art & science activities, music, refreshments, and the opportunity to enjoy a ride on the Bartram’s Mile trail using bicycles from Bartram’s Garden’s bike fleet. Free boating will also be available so that you can get out on the water and experience the tides firsthand.

This event is FREE and open to the public!

This is part of our Art@Bartram series. Art@Bartram’s is a multi-year collaborative initiative between Bartram’s Garden and Mural Arts Philadelphia, supported by the William Penn Foundation, that celebrates the Schuylkill River trail and its surrounding landscape, and promotes environmental stewardship.

Visit muralarts.org/artatbartrams for the full Art@Bartram’s event calendar and to learn more about the project, or get mobile alerts for all events by texting “TideRooms” to 797979.
