Rose Ice Cream Tour & Tasting

June 15, 2014 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am

Enjoy a cool treat and join us as we make ice cream using an old-fashioned 19th century hand crank-style machine, much as it would have been done during the Victorian era when Bartram’s Garden served as a “pleasure garden” on the banks of the Schuylkill River. This month’s special flavor pays tribute to our upcoming Carr Garden restoration, which will feature a beautiful collection of antique roses.

Tickets are free for Bartram’s Garden Members and children under the age of 2, $15 for adults, $12 seniors & students.

This program will also take place on July 5, July 13, August 2 and August 10. The July 13 program will feature non-dairy sorbet.
