The Community Farm and Green Resource Center at Bartram’s Garden is a 3.5-acre farm and greenhouse that took root in 2012. This joint initiative increases access to local, organically grown food for Southwest Philadelphia residents, promoting self-reliance and a deeper relationship with the land and our food. CFFRC partners include the Agatston Urban Nutrition Initiative, Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS), Bartram’s Garden, and the City of Philadelphia Department of Parks and Recreation.
