Horticulture Volunteer Day

Health reminders: Masks must be worn in accordance with Pennsylvania and City of Philadelphia COVID-19 requirements. If you are sick or concerned about symptoms, please do not volunteer. Public restrooms will be open for the duration of the volunteer day and will be disinfected regularly. Hand sanitizer will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to sign up with their pods if possible.

Volunteers will work alongside Garden staff to support seasonal plantings, weeding, invasive species removal, and support greenhouse maintenance.

Volunteers will meet outside the Welcome Center promptly at 9:30 AM and be separated into groups and provided with instructions and safety protocols for the day. Out of respect and safety for our staff and others, please arrive on time.

PLEASE NOTE: Capacity is limited; participants MUST be pre-registered (using link below) in order to partake. Each adult must register individually in order to complete the required waivers.
