SWWAG Workshop: Food Fermentation and Preservation

Make kimchi to ferment at home and learn about all the ways to preserve the harvest for the winter!

Class will be held in the pavilion at the back of the  CHOP Karabots parking lot accessible from 48th street. Masks and social distancing are required.
