Famous Flowers Photography Workshop

June 23, 2012 @ 6:00 am - 7:00 am

Join us for a hands-on workshop that will delve into the artistic oeuvre of famous flowers. The works of Monet, Maplethorpe, Van Gogh and William Bartram will be discussed, and basic plant & garden photography concepts will be explored, such as framing, composition, and props.

The activity will then move outdoors where participants can experiment with taking photos of the beautiful blooms in the garden. Participants are encouraged to bring a camera of their choice – digital or film. Please note that cameras will not be provided.

This program will be repeated again at 3 pm.

Free with Day Pass Admission. Free for members.
