Cooking From Our Backyard: Discovering the Cuisines & Edible Plants of North America (2018)

Our backyards and gardens contain a wealth of edible foods fit to rival any grocery store. We’ll hunt for edible roots, shoots, and fruits, cook over an open fire, and learn the histories of the dishes people have been creating with these plants for centuries.

Ages 5-13. $12 per student or free for Bartram’s Garden Members at the Family level and up. Become a Member online at bartramsgarden.org/join or join on program day.
