BirdPhilly Presents: Low Tide Birding by Kayak (2018)

August 23, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Bartram’s Garden Community Boathouse
5400 Lindbergh Blvd.
Philadelphia, PA 19143 United States

Renowned Philly birder and environmental educator Tony Croasdale will take us out on the Schuylkill at for an informal low-tide bird paddle. We’ll get a unique opportunity to glide along the shoreline in kayaks and canoes and scope out mudflats and wooded riverbanks for bird life. Life jackets and boats will be provided, and we’ll have at least a couple pairs of binoculars to let you borrow if you don’t have a pair of your own. Spaces are limited, so please be sure to register here in advance. Meeting Location: Bartram’s Garden Boathouse
