Bartram’s Garden Boat Tour (2017)

In the past decade, Philadelphia has experienced unprecedented growth and development and an influx of new residents. Where does public space fit into that, and whom does it serve? How do we connect the city’s parks with the surrounding communities?
Join WHYY and Bartram’s Garden for an experiential discussion and tour of the garden, community farm and newly opened Bartram’s Mile. Attendees are welcome to explore the grounds on their own after the presentation and take advantage of the free community bikes at Bartram’s.
