Board Annual Fund

Thank you for supporting Bartram’s Garden.

The Board of Directors provides crucial financial support for the Garden’s operations each year. For the 2024–2025 fiscal year, the Board set a goal of collectively donating $37,000 to the Bartram’s Garden Board Annual Fund in addition to supporting our annual Twilight in the Garden gala in October 2024.

Please use this form to indicate your intentions for this fiscal year (July 1, 2024–June 30, 2025). You will have until June 30, 2025, to fulfill your pledge.

We are proud that every year, 100% of Board members make a financial commitment to the Garden through donations to the Board Annual Fund. This dedication also allows us to seek significant institutional funding from foundations and other grantmakers. Donations to the Board Annual Fund are fully tax-deductible.

In thanks for your service on the Board, you will receive a complimentary membership for the duration of your tenure. Membership benefits include a 10% discount on purchases from our plant nursery and Welcome Center; free admission to family programs like Little Explorers and Homeschool Days; discounted admission to workshops, classes, and performances; and early access to special releases like seasonal wreaths.

If you have any questions about this form, please contact Development Manager Breanna Perry at 215 729 5281 x107 or .
