Hours and Tours

Bartram’s Garden is a public park and part of the Philadelphia Parks and Recreation system of trails and parks.  It has been managed by the non-profit John Bartram Association since 1893, which offers education and community programming.

The Garden is free to those who wish to explore on their own  from dawn to dusk, with the exception of City-observed holidays.  For a deeper experience, we offer tours and programs for a fee or as part of a Bartram membership.
